Jo Michell is our new Client Services Assistant to the Rubiix community.
Jo brings a wealth of experience from her background in administration and customer service, which she transitioned into in 2013 after a career change from teaching. She’s also a proud University of Melbourne graduate, holding both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Originally from the US, Jo’s childhood was spent moving around thanks to her father’s role in the US Foreign Service, but she now calls Melbourne home.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys reading, music, and staying active with her energetic Border Heeler dog, Athena. She’s also passionate about giving back to the community and has participated in the Mother’s Day Classic 4km run for many years, supporting breast cancer research and awareness.
